All students at PACE High School are expected to arrive at school with attire that allows them to participate in learning without posing a risk to the health and safety of students or staff members. The following outlines PACE High School’s policy on proper dress code:
- Students must wear clothing, including a shirt with pants or skirt, or the equivalent (e.g. dresses,
leggings, shorts, etc.) and shoes, including open-toed shoes and sandals. - Head coverings are permitted if they do not conceal listening devices.
- Clothing must not be see-through and must always cover undergarments.
- Clothing and personal belongings must have non-offensive images or language, including profanity, hate speech, pornography, or depicting or advocating violence or the use of alcohol or drugs. Gang-related attire is strictly prohibited.
Students and staff must arrive at school in appropriate clothing. Anyone who arrives in inappropriate clothing will be stopped from entering the building and the school administration will notify parent/guardian and determine the best course of action.
